Is a boxing / exercise circuit style workout service for anyone 18yrs of age and older 

Your Account (BB)

You must keep your account information secure. You are solely responsible and liable for all activities that occur under your password or account. You shall notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your password or account. You acknowledge, consent, and agree that we may preserve and disclose your account information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal process or to enforce these Terms of Service.

WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (BB)

Physical activity, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated, regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. Some exercises involve strenuous exertions of strength using various muscle groups, some involve quick movements involving speed and change of direction, and others involve sustained physical activity that places stress on the cardiovascular system. The specific risks involved in exercising varies from one activity to another, but in each activity the risks range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains to 2) major injuries such as loss of sight, broken bones, joint or back injuries, concussions and heart attacks to 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge your agreement to assume all risks involved in utilizing the (BB).  Further, you do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Omega Boxing LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, including franchisees and agents from liability from any and all claims arising from (BB). This applies to 1) personal injury from accidents or illness arising from participating in (BB) activities.

Membership (BB)

(BB) is a monthly membership.  This membership entitles you to partake in as many BB workouts a month during BB hours of operation.

Billing (BB)

Payment will be automatically deducted from your account on the date thatyoumade your first payment on.    Your membership can be terminated at any time.  Any cancellation that occurs prior to that date of  month will go into effect on the upcoming month.  You will continue to be eligible up until the last class ofyour billing date.

Renewal & Termination (BB)

ALL PURCHASES, INCLUDING RECURRING CHARGES, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Free trials and discounts (BB)

Omega Boxing LLC may offer free-trial or discounted memberships. When a free-trial period ends, your paid membership begins (unless you have cancelled) and you must pay the full monthly fee. If Omega Boxing LLC provides a discount for the first membership period, you must pay the discounted fee; in any renewal, you must pay the full fee.

Automatic Renewal (BB)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, memberships automatically renew for the membership period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged on the same date of each month. If a Purchaser offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.

How to Decline Renewal: (BB)

You may cancel your BB membership at any time. You must cancel your membership through your account using the following steps:

(1) Log in to your Omega Boxing account

(2) Select “Your Name's Account"  (this will display your First Name)

(3) Click “Account Details”

(4) In the “Manage Subscription" drop-down selection box, click "Cancel Plan”

(5) Fill out confirmation popups to complete the cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability (BB)

Subject to the rights granted to you by statutory consumer protection legislation, which cannot be excluded, in no event shall we be liable to you for any injury, or incidental, undue damages, whatsoever including damages for loss of income, data, or personal injury or consequential damages except to the extent such limitation or exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.

Refund Policy - There are no refunds.

Boxing Science (BS) 

Is an"in person" instructional boxing service for anyone 10yrs of age and older.

Membership (BS)

(BS) is a monthly membership.  This membership entitles you to as many group sessions for your membership agreement per month (ie. Traditional, Philly Shell, Peek-A-Boo, Youth).   

Billing (BS) 

Your (BS) membership becomes active on the date of the month that you purchased your membership.

ALL (BS) initial membership purchases cover your first full month of your membership.  (example - if you purchased your membership on Feb 10th your initial purchase would cover up to the March 10th.  

Payment will be automatically deducted from your account on the date of the month that you orginally signed up on.  You can cancel your membership at any time.   Your membership would result in termination at the end of the last billing period (example- if your billing date is on the 10th of the month...your membership would end at the end on that date of the month) .

Individual Appointment Sessions (BS)

It is the reponsibility of the BS member to schedule their sessions with their Omega Boxing LLC coach.  All sessions MUST be paid in full before they are scheduled.  

Individual Session Cancellation (BS)

Any cancellation notice that occurs on the date of your scheduled appointment is considered a Late Cancellation and a loss of a session will occur.  The only exception to this policy is in the case of inclement weather.  If the notice is received prior to the date of the schedule session...the coach and you will determine on when to reschedule the session.

Late Cancellation (BS)

Omega Boxing LLC coaches reserves the right to cancel an "Individual Session" at anytime and will make every effort to reschedule this session.

Inability To Use Membership (BS)

• An Injury, Medical Condition or Illness (IMCI) is when any of these issues impair your ability to engage in boxing activities for 2 weeks or more.  In the case where an IMCI occurs with remaining  or un-used sessions for the month, you would immediately notify your coach of this situation.  Each case offers different variables and parameters to it which leads to each case being handled on a case to case basis.  We at Omega Boxing will do everything we can to reschedule any unused sessions that remained in the month that we were notified about the IMCI.   If your IMCI were to continue into the next month you will be automatically charged for your membership if you do not cancel your membership before your billing date and those sessions as well as an concessional months thereafter will not be rescheduled.

Boxing Detox & Peek-A-Boo Blueprint (BD & PBB)) 

is a digital subscription service.  BD & PBB) offers Omega Boxing members the opportunity to purchase a subscription or one time purchase for on-demand online boxing workouts and boxing instruction.

Your participation in the BD&PBB service indicates your acceptance of an agreement to all of these BD&PBB Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) as in effect from time to time, including, without limitation the arbitration provision below, and any changes or updates to these Terms.

These terms of service (“terms”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the website. By accessing, downloading, or using the website, you are accepting these terms and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. Eligibility; Age Restriction (BD&PBB)

Our website may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and older and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
