Round #1: More Physical Ability = More Life Experiences = Higher Quality of Life

No price can be put on a high quality life. There is virtually no one who would disagree that their health is the most important thing to them. Money, cars, vacations, houses, careers, and hobbies are replaceable – your health is not. Without your health, none of those other things even matter. Ultimately, who we are is predominantly made up of what we experience in life, and so much of that is based on our physical ability to be able to have those experiences. Therefore, limited physical ability also limits the experiences you will have in life.

Round #2: More Functional Strength = More Life Experiences = Higher Quality of Life

Functional strength is the key to reaching or maintaining a level of physical ability that allows you to partake in the experiences of life that you choose too. I have spent over the last 20 years of my life helping individuals across the demographic spectrum who are looking to improve their quality of life by using functional boxing exercises in their workout. It didn’t matter who they were or what their story was, the ultimate goal has always been about increasing their functional strength so that they can enjoy the life they choose to live… Decrease Parkinson’s Symptoms — Lose Weight — Walk Without a Cane after Having a Stroke — Decrease Pain from Arthritis — Maintain Muscle Movement from MS — Be Able to Continue to be an Avid Hiker — Learn to Move Better after Experiencing a TBI — Be Able to Get Up and Down while Gardening — Release Work Stress and or Family Stress — Self Empowerment — Come out of Depression — Become a Better Dancer — Run a Marathon — Be Able to Play with their Grandchildren.

I have had the pleasure of seeing so many people achieve such awesome milestones of physical ability through teaching boxing exercises and witness how it has changed their outlook on life in a more positive light.

    Lastly, the one un-measurable benefit that boxing workouts offer is that it is so much fun to do! What brings more joy to life than having fun?
